Heading up the team at The "OQH" is our General Manager Tina, known as our very own Mary Poppins ("practically perfect in every way"). Tina has been with Salisbury Pubs for 5 years and was part of the launch team at the Old Queens Head when it re-opened nearly 2 years ago, so she knows her stuff. Tina is a grafter in every sense and is not satisfied unless everyone is having a great time, customers and staff alike!

Ably helped by her fab new Deputy Dave with his wicked sense of humour and Assistant Manager Typhanie who has been deservedly promoted from our sister pub The Alford Arms, Tina leads an experienced team and they have done a great job maintaining the "Salisbury" style in this lovely old building.

Hidden away in the kitchen, Sean oversees a brigade of talented chefs. Sean previously earned a fabulous reputation at our other sister pub, The Royal Oak, for his beautifully cooked, seasonal food and sometimes quirky, but original specials. Sean's calm and condfidence has translated into one of the happiest, inspired and competent teams around.

Many of our bar and floor staff have been with us since the day we took over the pub and they've pulled out all the stops to learn our ways and deliver great service with a big, genuine smile. Mostly local, their excitement in helping to bring the pub back to life makes training a pleasure. You can feel the team (or should we say family) spirit that Tina has created spilling into every corner of the pub.
